This policy governs use of the HRV Trace mobile application (the “App”), which is provided by Ibernetics, LLC (“Ibernetics” “we,” “us” or “our”). TYPES OF INFORMATION THE APP COLLECTS AND STORES.
The App collects the time intervals between heartbeats, your activity level if your heart rate monitor transmits that, the time stamps of event markers, any notes that you enter to describe a session, and any audio or video you record using the functions in the App (“Information”). The App provides the option for you to send the Information to a third-party.
WE DO NOT RECEIVE OR USE THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE.
We do not use the information you provide to the App and at no time does the App transmit Information to Us. You may reset the App at any time using Your personal device.
THERE IS NO THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING.
We do not advertise on the App, and we do not serve third-party advertising to You on the App.
YOU MAY PROVIDE CERTAIN INFORMATION TO US TO IMPROVE THE APP, WHICH WE WILL USE SOLELY FOR THAT PURPOSE.
You may provide information in the form of a review or directly to Us by email, mail or in person in order to improve the App. If provided to Us, we will use this information solely to improve the App. We will not email you regarding your information, but may incorporate your suggestions into future releases of the App. You will not be credited for such improvements.
Please bear in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your personal information available for viewing by third parties online – for example through comments and reviews or through email – that information can be seen, collected and used by others besides Ibernetics. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.
STORAGE OF INFORMATION.
All information You provide to our App is stored locally on Your device that runs the App (Device). We cannot guarantee the security of Your device, nor can we guarantee that Information you may email will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.
AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING
The App gives you the option of recording audio or video with the Device and saving that recording on the Device. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to record all audio/video so recorded and that you share the recorded material only with those you have permission to share it with. You are responsible for knowing the regulations you are subject to regarding the confidentiality of recorded information and for adhering to those.
Additional Information About THE APP. The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we will not knowingly maintain personally identifiable information from or about anyone under 13.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY. Privacy law is continually evolving. If we need to change this Privacy Policy at some point in the future, we’ll post the modified Privacy Policy on this App and update the Effective Date of the policy to reflect the date of the changes. If you are concerned with how your Information is used you should check this policy periodically. By continuing to use the App after we post any changes, you accept the Privacy Policy as modified.
